*All donations from this event directly benefit Austin Shift Meal*
In the last month, the Stay-at-Home Somm project has pivoted to include sommelier-led beverage classes to support local non-profits. Austin Shift Meal has been providing meals for unemployed service industry workers who are facing food scarcity. Partnering with local restaurants, this initiative is organized and led by resident wonder woman, Mandi Nelson. Mandi will be guiding us through the world of Sake to raise funds for Austin Shift Meal. Sign up below to reserve your space!
Please feel free to purchase any or all of the following bottles to taste during Mandi’s class. All of these producers are available in Austin, but if you can’t find them, then any bottle of Sake made in the following styles would be a great substitute.
