In the last month, the Stay-at-Home Somm project has pivoted to include sommelier-led beverage classes to support local non-profits. Austin Shift Meal has been providing meals for unemployed service industry workers who are facing food scarcity. Partnering with local restaurants, this initiative is organized and led by resident wonder woman, Mandi Nelson. Mandi will be guiding us through the world of Sake to raise funds for Austin Shift Meal. Sign up below to reserve your space!

Optional Add-Ons: Please check the box below if you would like to sponsor a seat for a service industry worker looking to continue their beverage education. This add-on will be used to reserve their seat and provide a sample of Sake for them to enjoy during the tasting.

Please feel free to purchase any or all of the following bottles to taste during Mandi’s class. All of these producers are available in Austin, but if you can’t find them, then any bottle of Sake made in the following styles would be a great substitute.
