Wine & Wellness with Daniela DaSuta

During these unprecedented times, it’s more difficult than ever to stay present and relaxed. But what if you could use wine as a tool to center your mind amidst the chaos? Come virtually join local wine educator Daniela DaSuta for Wine and Wellness, a class that will offer not only tips on how to achieve mindfulness, but also recommendations on how to choose bottles without hidden additives, sneaky sugar, or other undisclosed ingredients.

Not available to join us on Friday, but still want to contribute to our #classesforacause? Opt for a copy of the class below and we’ll send you a recording for you to enjoy on your own time!

Sauvignon Blanc From Around the World with J.R.

Sauvignon Blanc, or ‘wild white’, is one of the oldest cultivated wine grapes in the world and has worked its way into every major wine-growing country. Join Sommelier J.R. for a global breakdown of how this “savage” variety behaves across hemispheres and beyond borders.

When: Sunday, August 23rd at 4 p.m. CST

Sign Up: Unconventional Wine Grapes with Paige

Most of us are familiar with grapes like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and even Gamay… but did you know there are around 10,000 different wine grape varieties in the world? We will explore just a tiny fraction of these lesser known varieties, focusing on those that are more widely available and may even be hiding in plain sight. Grab your favorite bottle made from an offbeat grape variety, or even take a chance on a grape you have literally never heard of before and we will talk about where these grapes are cultivated, what to expect from some of these bottles, and just begin to scratch the surface of the world of wine grapes.
